Our Process
Every event is customized through personalized layouts, coordinated designs, premium backdrops, and professional event planning to ensure the experience aligns seamlessly with your vision.
Step 1 – Start Your Experience
Complete our booking form with your event details and preferences. This allows us to review your event and begin creating a tailored experience.
Step 2 – Personalized Planning
Once we receive your request, we’ll confirm availability and discuss your event vision, layout design, backdrop preferences, and customization options.
Step 3 – Secure Your Date
After finalizing your event details, we’ll send your invoice, booking agreement, and required non-refundable deposit information. Once completed, your date is officially reserved on our calendar.
Step 4 – Final Event Review
The day before your event, we’ll confirm all details, including venue information, arrival timing, and setup location to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
Step 5 – Event Day Experience
On the day of your event, we’ll send an “On Our Way” notification before arrival. Our team arrives approximately 90 minutes before start time to complete setup, testing, and final preparations.
Step 6 – Gallery Delivery
After your event, guests can access and download their photos through a private online gallery, allowing everyone to relive the memories long after the celebration ends.
